The furthest ring is in fact, uncapable of being traveled normally, its dimensions being ininfinite in a constant change, but i nthat constant change a Seer can feel a welcoming oportunity to learn and grow.

still, in the compelxity of the reality where Horrorterror habits, there is also a "shape YOUr reality" kinda thing, such as the classes shapes their aspetc respectiveli, a Class interacts diferent wit the furthest ring, thats why a Seer is perfect for the job, someone that can make a prophesy of gaining control of so called "mess" and finding a way out, but what happens when nsecurity strikes?

to understand that, we also have to understand the Horrorterros and their role in sburb

the role of an Horrorterror is to tell the derse dreamers prophesys of the future, present and past, simulating Skaias clouds, and to give them tasks to complete, sometimes they can also call for help when needed to the players.

A Horrorterror, as nice as it sounds, works for nothing in particular, and if requested something, if it trust you, that request will be granted.

so why did Team 1 wasted so much time to get to session B? easy, the Horrorterros also play for the demise of all other things, Skaia doesnt trust them, why would we? they culd have granted Team 1 an easy journy through the Furthest ring, but they didnt, so they waited, and used the raw power of some batterie to power up their ship and used the Seer of Light at their peak, to make the travel, something of value.

the Furthest ring is the backyard to all Incispheres, all sessions, all timelines, and was created to not let you go to ANOTHER session/timeline/inchisphere. but is still posible, as crazy as it sounds, because that wall you have to cross, is the ultimate test to TEST your imagination an solving problems skills, and it also seems the Horrorterros like to see people trive in their succes (like, how they helped Feferi to create all dreambubbles), but also like see people fail (they will make you go Grimdark).

It drowns now, that maybe, the Horrorterrors are the true neutrality of reality itself, they dont care, but they are leaning toward the bad ending for everyone, like a 4chan user in 2010.
