Nightmares

I have nightmarea bc of my mental health and im perscribed medication for them. But i stopped taking it around 4 months ago and my nightmares have progressively gotten worse so i just started taking it again. But lemme tell you about the nightmares i have. They consist of me dreaming a dream so vivid but then i realize im dreaming so i try to wake up, and everyrhing in the dream goes south and scary. And then i "wake up" in the dream multiple timea before ACTUALLY waking up. And its gotten SO bad that i actually woke up tn thinking i was still dreaming i tried to fucking kms in order to "wake up" and it was absolutely crazy. And my bf was being a complete dick about the whole situation. But he knows i have nightmares. I guess he grew tired of having to deal with them. But nigga, IM FUCKING TIRED OF DEALING WITH THEM. so i have no understanding for him fr. He makes me feel so horrible inside idk why i stay with him.
