sleep schedule

does anyone who to fix their sleep ??? LIKE ACTULLAY HELP MEEEH. cause chat I have to fix it before school starting and I cant fall asleep at 6 and wake up at 6 so any suggestions :(

i think it helps if you force yourself to get up when you're meant to because even though you'll be super tired at first you'll get used to it and be able to fall asleep earlier. during school i used to sleep 9pm-6am and that worked really well for me, i hope you can make it work!

stay up all night and dont gts during the day either that way when nighttime comes before school youll fall asleep fast and easily since u had been up TOO long and then your sleep sched will fall into that sched

AGH THATS SO SMART I just don't think I can handle staying up cause I love my bed to much:(
