July thirty first

I'm grateful that July turned out to be okay. I say that due to the fact I've been dealing with knee pain since November twenty twenty two. For this month the pain was nearly non existing. It was noticeable on the second week of July and onward. I went to doctor's appointment a few weeks ago. I have to go to a couple more important appointments. It's most certainly isn't over since being diagnose with arthritis back in June. Most importantly I'm glad the pain and swelling has been reduced. I walk a lot throughout the day. I've also been relaxing a bit more. About two weeks ago I went to the library with my mom and youngest sister. It was on July seventeenth during midday. I read one of Robert Frost's poetry anthology books. I actually have a paperback copy of it. I'm referring to Robert Frost poetry book. I haven't checked out any books from the library in years. For reading I do prefer holding a book to read it. I also read ebooks and digital articles. I enjoyed visiting the library. The books I do have are in storage. Throughout the month I've been writing. It's been mostly poetry and journal writing. I'm planning to write short stories again. I think it would be interesting. Moving plans are still happening. It's taking longer than I wanted it to. I know eventually it would happen. My mom, sisters, brother and nephew have all been doing okay. I could say once again it's been a better month than last month. I really hope with effort that next month will be better. And I hope everyone had a good month as well. Peace until next time
