In need of some serious help,

I can't afford expensive clothes and I love to thrift.
I need some thrifting tips, as well as tips on how to style clothes IRl.
I can style clothes and make cute outfits on games and stuff, but IRL I find it difficult to style things and make cute outfits.

Any tips would be appreciated :))
