Lifting [pics + general diary]

I'm really just making this for myself, but you guys are free to comment and view it also! I'm just going to catalog every week of my little lifting journey here. It's basically gonna be a diary that is updated every week or so. 

7/24/24 - Started


7/31/24 - It has been ONE WEEK since I have started properly lifting and the results are something crazy XDD... maybe I was made for this?? I do really really enjoy it! - 7/31/24 - 


8/2/24 - Started running - 150 cals in 15 mins isn't that bad tbh


8/8/24 - Upgraded weights to smthn heavier. - 8/8/24 -


8/15/24 - Been using the new weights for a week and now I think i need to upgrade again...

also down 3lbs!!! Face is starting to slim down finally... - 8/15/24 -


8/22/24 - school has been stressing me out a bit but i get to take it out on the weights so thats nice!!!!!! - 8/22/24 -


8/29/24 - no picture today, i've started doing lats and im also back down to 154lbs! feeling sigma.....


9/5/24 - more lifting ig, nothing special lmao


9/12/24 - bought me a weight set for $100 off!!! Been using that like crazy! Skipped out on lifting today though, still sick. 9/12/24


9/19/24 - Got a bench finally, went crazy on it. Workouts now span 60-75 minutes as opposed to 15. 9/19/24 
(If you told 14yr old me that this is what I would look like in 3 years he wouldn't believe you lol)
