There's a very niche music subgenre called "zolo" that contains many artists similar to the ones you mentioned. Art punk really fits this list too.
Would also like to add Wall Of Voodoo, Splodgenessabounds, Punishment Of Luxury, AKA, Lela, Holy Sisters Of The Gaga Dada, Pere Ubu, Lizzy Mercier Descloux, Spizzenergi, Bill Nelson's Red Noise, Stump, 2.3 Children and other Ralph Records artists like Chrome, Freshly Wrapped Candies, Snakefinger and Renaldo & The Loaf.
I also think The Fall, Magazine, Surf Punks (well, they're funny novelty rock), and maybe even Public Image Ltd would nicely fit in this list too.
All of those artists are fantastic BTW you've got a great taste
Yes, i do know zolo, art punk, experimental rock, dance punk and stuff, i just wanted to fit a bunch of artists that gave me the same vibe under a name since the artists are from didferent genres. I didn’t realize until recently that someone on the website rateyourmusic made a list called sporkcore with a lot of these artists and the ones you mentioned, so i guess there is multiple people trying to capture this feeling of odd quirky artists.

Yeah at this point idk how to use genre labels with certain artists anymore lol. Music journalist stuff. And yes I've seen that list, I think it's fantastic. Finding similar artists can be hard at first coz it requires LOTS of underground searching but I think zolo artists' all hava an "easily" identifiable sound/vibe, like it wouldn't be hard to tell if they're similar to bands like Devo or not (in most cases). Plus most of those artists' album covers are usually very colorful too.
Also you should definitely check out Punishment Of Luxury, they sound like Oingo Boingo's brit cousins imo. I found like half of the artists I mentioned through RYM lists and the "Urgh! A Music War" movie
