I finished catching up on Make the Exorcist Fall in Love which is honestly a very good manga. I stopped for a while because I got tired from binging content but I picked it back up because I saw a tweet on it recently. I can't believe I even put it down in the first place because it is such a good story and I would highly recommend it if you like Chainsaw Man and weirdly especially if you like Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun (the vibes match). It's about a female demon who is sent to make the biggest weapon of the church fall in love with her as it would greatly weaken him but she finds that she actually falls for him very quickly. If she falls for him, it leads to the world literally blowing up due to a demon invasion. The best part about the manga is its discussion of male victims of sexual trauma who develop hyposexuality as a response. This was mostly cultivated by the church demonizing sex and love heavily to him as a child and abusing him, but also because when he was really young he went up against Asmodeus (demon of lust) and was raped. The series also has a subtle critique of misogyny because of how biblical texts were heavily misogynistic. There truly is no group that is just "the good guys," as they're all wracked with corruption. I could talk about the series for hours because its clear that everything is written with so much intention and that there was a plan for the narrative that the author is very slowly unraveling especially with the amount of foreshadowing you notice on a reread.
