Refurbishing Consoles

The one thing NOBODY ever told me when i first started getting into refurbishing consoles, deep cleaning them inside and out, as well as repasting them:

HOW MANY SCREWS THERE ARE

I have pulled apart an Xbox One S, Xbox 360, Playstation 4, and Playstation 4 Slim.

Playstations really go overboard with the damn screws. i pulled out atleast 50 screws from this console as i am currently working on it, and im still finding screws inside the console.

playstation, take a couple tips from xbox, don't take the X-clamp, but less screws please.

pro-tip- When taking a playstation apart, take photos of the console before you take the screws out so you know where they are put back in. that totally just saved me about an hour worth of time so I didn't have to play a guessing game of what screws went where after taking them out at the beginning of the project.
