If you are somewhat tech savvy, jailbreaking your ps3 is really worth it. It opens a lot of doors for most of the games on the console, lots of communties reside on private servers nowadays. Plus you can just do pretty much anything with jailbroken ps3s!! there are tons of tutorials on youtube.
LittleBigPlanet games are super fun once you connect to the online servers, but same goes for any other "dead"game on the console.
