BRAT Summer!! 

Charlie XCX's new album has been taking over every slay person's phone. It also has been a big inspiration for my style comeback.

So basically I have been in a stylistic rut. I have felt no urge to create digitally, on paper, or write the amazing lyrical Dr. Suess poetry I perform. But all that has been changed with a new burst of ADHD energy that I have acquired in the past 48 hours. 

School starts again soon and I have to deal with transferring from one crappy state college to another crappy state college, in order to finish the piece of paper saying I studied healthcare. A lot has been happening, but honestly...slaying has helped me get through it. Getting back into my slay has singlehandedly made me happier.

Now you as a reader may be confused as to what "slay" means. Slay is a mindset. It is a state of mind where one feels they can conquer anything, wear anything, create anything, and compose anything. This is of course is my personal opinion of the term. In its informal form, the word slay means to impress someone greatly (Oxford Languages). 

So yes, it is indeed time for you to wake up and pursue the slay life you deserve.
