After spending almost two full months in the cavern that is having a phone that shuts down after ten minutes of turning it on I will finally be getting a new phone! It was totally definitely not annoying when it would get to 60% within 20 minutes before shutting down which slowly became it shutting down at 80%. I loved the part where I would have definitely continued to used it until it broke but it wouldn't even connect to cell service while I was paying for said service. Jokes and sarcasm aside, I am really glad to not have to stick with that really broken phone. It was really sad to have to switch considering I like having my phones for as long as possible but if it hasn't been clear thus far, the phone is almost unusable. But I think this has all been covered in my planned obsolescence blog entry. The specific phone that I am planning on getting is a Samsung since they apparently have a lot more support on them than Lenovo devices when you go to phone repair shops. It's just easier to get it fixed because the parts are more easily accessible than they are for Lenovo since they don't have an open market on their parts apparently (07/27/2024). — Mars ᓚᘏᗢ |
