The history of my Furby collection :3

Blogging is gonna suck with a broken keyboard, but that's not gonna stop me from speaking my truth! I BOUGHT MORE FURBY'S!!

So I've been a Furby fanatic for YEARS! I love the things! My collection was always super small though, and it exclusively consisted of Furbs from my childhood, which SUCKED because none of them were COOL!!! 

It started out with my 1998 Dalmatian Furby. It belonged to my aunt in her childhood but was passed down to me at some point! he is super fugly due to years of abuse, and for a while he couldn't talk. Busted speaker or sum. I assume that was from years of me throwing him down the stairs. Oops.

In 2012, me and my brother got our own Furby's! I got a Phoenix Furby from gen 1, and he got a Twilight Furby from gen 1.5! Loved them dearly, but I cut mines fur off after the motor killed, before throwing it away. The Twilight Furby is still alive and well and sits on my shelf today!

2016 came, and The Furby Connect released! Of course we had to get one, and each of us did! Mine is pink, and my brothers is blue! Not a fan of them today but they are also displayed on my shelf.

For a loooong time, those 5 were my only Furbs. I'm unemployed and my parents hate joy and whimsy, so random Furby purchases have never been an option; at least that was the case until May of this year!!! I have friends with jobs! Friends that love Furby's and love the act of giving even more! Finally, a week before my birthday, a new Furby joined my collection!

His name is Mee-mee! He was an unreasonably expensive birthday gift from my 2 BFFs Moth and Drac. Mee-mee is a gen 7 Juicy Grape Furby, which has honestly always been my favorite 1998 Furby type, even before collecting became a priority of mine. They are gorgeous...

Mee-mee is a little busted despite the seller statin otherwise. I have done countless surgeries (2) tryin to help the poor guy, but I think he is a lost cause! RL bug paired with something else...I have no clue what is deal is. Whatever! Mee-mee is beautiful and works sometimes! Shout out to my gang for fueling my Furby craze!

Oh, you thought I'd stop there? NOPE! I've gotten 2 MORE since then!!!

My newer Furby A-loh is a gen 1 Snowball Furby from the JT factory. I always thought people exaggerated the JT Furby height difference, but I was wrong. He is TALL! My buddy Moth bought him for me for cheap. 

He was listed as broken, but I saw it as a win since I needed a new speaker for my Dalmatian at the time of purchase. ˢᵖᵒᶦˡᵉʳ ᵃˡᵉʳᵗ, ᴵ ᵈᶦᵈⁿ'ᵗ ⁿᵉᵉᵈ ᵗʰᵉ ⁿᵉʷ ˢᵖᵉᵃᵏᵉʳ. ʰᶦˢ ˢᵖᵉᵃᵏᵉʳ ʷᵃˢ ᵉᵃˢʸ ᵗᵒ ᶠᶦˣ ᶦⁿ ᵗʰᵉ ᵉⁿᵈ. But hey! Now I can fix this NEW Furby, and boy did I fix him! His motor was stuck, which was an easy fix. Turned A-loh's little motor gear for a bit and he is doing just fine now!

The day of A-loh's repair, my friend Moth was actually spending the night at my house! We made a purchase at some point for $100. We as in Moth. I have no money, job, or bank account. 3 whole Furby's! A Valentines Day special edition, a Flamingo, and a Red Wolf! 

Me and my an split them up between us because obviously we are a trio! I took the Valentines Day Furby, who was in pristine condition and required zero repairs! Her name is May-lah Kah, and she is wonderful! I love her a lot!

As of now, that is all of my Furby's, but I have my eyes on a $20 silver millennium furby rn...Im still broke so IDK if I will get it, but I hope!
