I don't use telegram but I can help! :D i don't know if I can explain it that good but um,
You go to "edit profile", and scroll down, there you can fill out interests and stuff. And if u wanna get a layout, for example u go to like ummm the layouts page, pick something and put it in your About Me section.. sorry i dont know if this was explained good
