Technical difficulties

Can somebody pls tell me how to add those cool blurb sticker thingies on my profile? Also how do I make my own layout?

not sure what you mean by the blurb stickers but to make your own layout you have to code it using html. you create the code and type it into the box that says 'codes'. you might be able to use another coding language, not so sure though ive never tried it.
