Another ninjago rant - DR s2 part2 leak + other things

I say another since I did one on my alt acc abt the unnecessary hate towards Geo so if yall wanna read that jst ask me lolz.

So. Yesterday the teaser trailer for DR s2 part2 was released on the Lego YT channel and not even 24 hours later PEACOCK RELEASED ALL 10 EPISODE 3 MONTHS EARLY. Someone then released all the episodes to YT, but those were quickly taken down. Part 2 wasn’t set to release until OCTOBER…. and we haven’t even gotten an official trailer yet, only a teaser. So wtf is going on :\

Firstly, this isn’t the writers faults at all, it’s peacocks. They were the ones to release the episodes early and they are the only streaming platform to do so. So this wasn’t intentional either.. 

Secondly, STOP REPOSTING SPOILERS!! It’s not only disrespectful for all the ppl who worked on the show, but it’s also a really shtty thing to do due to the fact that since the episodes are only available on peacock (which I think is US only) and have been taken down on yt and won’t be available for the next 3 months, you are releasing MASSIVE spoilers to the fans who have to wait 3 months to watch it. THATS THREE MONTHS TO TRY AND AVOID SPOILERS ONLINE. Spoiler warning or not, it’s still pretty shtty imo.

Thirdly, not related to the leak, but it’s about the comicon panel, and lostshipping/geode (Cole x Geo). Someone (allegedly [I have no video footage of this]) asked “when will Cole and Geo kiss?”, with one of the writers responding with “you’ll have to keep watching”. Due to this, a lot of Geode haters (mainly homoph0bes) keep saying they r pissed and are gonna stop watching the show because of this. And to that I say.. erm. Okay? Don’t watch it then? No ones forcing you to. I think the community is better off without you guys anyways if ur gonna be that pissy over a fictional relationship between 2 legos.

Overall, Lego needs a better and consistent/accurate release schedule, ppl need to stop reposting spoilers until it’s officially released in October, and ppl need to get over Cole and Geos relationship cuz it’s a healthy and positive relationship and yall should be happy for Cole. (And geo, he’s literally so me OMGOMG they both r I’m literally Cole and Geo)
