No one saw it coming, "Scarlet Death" is out now. (+ news)

I swear, no one saw this coming because I literally made it up on the spot. I was just casually chatting with Remilia, and at one point she asked me if I was going to make an album for her.

I was like, sure, why not? She sent me a huge playlist, a freaking 400 video playlist that contains almost every version, cover, remix, and arrangement of Dead Princess. I downloaded some and tried to get creative with the audio. 

This wasn't going to be a regular shitshow Sonic4 release because I was told to not distort things too much. And since I respect Remilia, I took a completely different approach and made something serious... well, about the stuff we went through during the collapse of The Scarlet Estates, Remilia's town. 

Since it's a special release for a special someone, I don't expect a lot of people to completely get the context behind each track. But sonically, it's a great album because every track is unique, capturing different emotions and scenery while somehow having Dead Princess as the melody.

I know that most of y'all are gonna sleep on this (just like how y'all sleep on the rest of whatever good shit I put out) but lemme tell you, I can see this album still standing way after Sonic4 Test Records' end. It's up there with The Death Of Blox and The Protagonist albums.

Anyways, enough rambling. Listen to it and you'll know exactly why it's a good album.
