You are worth more than a cucumber water and gum, your life is too short to count every step and every calorie. 

Don't stay in a toxic /one sided friendship.

Don't waste your energy on people who don't deserve it. Some people can't be fixed.

You are not responsible for what happens to an online friend of yours. 

You don't have to play therapist for people, focus on yourself. 

Don't be so hard on yourself, you grow and learn from your mistakes.

Communication is key. Tell others how you feel.

You are valid, no matter your story or your scars. 

Your grades do not define who you are. Having bad grades doesn't mean ur gonna end up homeless. 

You only live once, please live ur life how you want it. Dont reduce yourself to the minimum because your used to it. You are way more than that and you should do what your brain/heart tells you. You won't die and think "im so glad i didn't allow myself ___". It's YOUR life, don't let others get in your way. I love y'all<3
