working and being unappreciated

ugh i hate my job so much. ive been here for over 3 years--literally since high school. 

we're having a staff party and i found out today only the summer staff are getting gifts. and like idk why but that was it for me, ive just been crying at the front. like it is so depressing being here. they dont care about me at all and i just dont ever feel appreciated. 

like ive sacrificed so much for this place and begrudingly let them cross so many of my boundaries it's insane that im treated like this. its not just me either, its all my coworkers. i hate seeing everyone be stepped on constantly and i just want out. but im a broke college student and theyre paying me 18$ an hour. ive also been there so long it feel so hard to leave.

idk i hate working here i rly hope my coding stuff takes off and i can get out :')
