blue moon

who remembers spacehey? it's practically been a blue moon since i last opened this site so. not me.

i remember being really obsessed with this site when i first created an account. it was christmas day of 2022 and i was basically enamored by everything the site had to offer. even now i'm still pretty amazed with how "open" this site is compared to any other social media i've used in recent time.

i think outside of the novelty of just being a "retro social network"
myspace clone i seriously love how low pressure this site is. it's super
easy to meet and engage with new people and it feels way more encouraged then nearly anything else i've ever used. also the customizability on the profiles just rules. i love doing html and css stuff so i think it's awesome when a site has user support for that.

no idea what the crowd on here is like though, atleast nowadays. i know a lot of people tend to create accounts and forget about them until the end of time so i'm curious... how many people actually frequent here on the daily? i'm sure there's at least a handful of super committed folk but i have no idea what the community is really like.
