Crying over made up scenarios

I'm actually so done because why am I heartbroken over a crush I've never had. Like, I do this a bunch. I'll think of something, make it up and daydream the whole day, feeling every emotion as if it's actually happening. It doesn't matter how absurd the scenario is, I'll cry/get mad/get happy about it. Like wtf. Idk, brains are weird :p
