what movie is this??????

ok so theres this movie i been thinking about that i watch a long time ago like maybe in 2017. i'll try to explain it the best i can my memory from this movie is kind of hazy :p

its kind of a psychological thriller or something and there was a strange apocalypse possibly abt aliens disguised as humans and one of the ways to tell if they're aliens is to check if their eyes change unusual bright colors. they invade earth and a group of people (from a certain military or sum like that) go to the dimension the aliens are from and there are lots of different types of animals fused together like a elephant hippo thing and at the end of the movie this couple (that are stuck in the other dimension) find out one of them is an alien creature disguised as a human then the movie ends with a cliffhanger.
