Sick of youtube on my phone

It's probably the amount of ads I get each video but I really wanna get NewPipe but my goddamn phone provider is like- blocking me from fully downloading it?? idk its a whole thing.

the ads makes listening to music hell on earth too, its the same with spotify free but I could block it out since their unskippable, youtube ads being skippable almost makes it worse cuz Im constantly pulling out my phone so I cant wait those 5 seconds b4 I press skip ad (or I refresh the page a billion times)

I seriously need to switch to downloading media and playing it on an mp3 player or cds (especially with the way the internet may be headed)
