struggling

Life has been struggling as of late for me. every night before i sleep i seem to think of death and how life can fly by in the blink of an eye. In a minute i can picture my loving family and myself on my death bed. idk what u would call that. a panic attack maybe? other than that I wish i could talk to my friends about this stuff rather than strangers. It's really disheartening.
