I'm excited to get back to the gym after about three weeks of nonsense! I've been procrastinating on rewriting my workouts so I haven't really been able to go hard at. But I'm thinking on adding some legwork in there for Wednesdays and then some cardio to end of all my routines
Also, a grocery trip is in order at some point. Grocery lists are so difficult to make because I love all foods but I also eat next to nothing when I'm at home T-T. I just don't have urges to eat and sometimes I have to force myself in order to follow meal patterns. (Because I always end up binging if I don't eat breakfast or lunch). Trying to combat Pre-Diabetes so it's mostly going to be greens and protein.
Finally, I need to SPEEDRUN my driver's license. It'll probably take about 4-6 consecutive lessons before I'm ready for the physical test. Was thinking on just using the handbook to highlight and group lessons together; Figure out what I still need to learn and sceduale lessons based off of that.
