i've been thinking of buying a house in japan

NO BECAUSE not just because i'm a weeb but genuinely because it looks so nice. i want to buy a house in japan because of the declining countryside population, you can buy a house for as low as 5 thousand dollars. like that's nOT CHEAP in any way, but like considering it's a house? that's NOTHING. a house here even here in the philippines in the countryside would NEVER cost like that not in a million years. and if you're wondering why i'm so f*cking eager is also because there are no restrictions on foreigners buying japanese houses. my dad knows japanese too and i'm trying to learn. i want to buy a house and every winter, i fly there and then rest and space out. let this happen please! god? anyways.
