Stingy 4 Kudos?

I saw a blog on here just a few minutes ago and it mentioned kudos, now something that has bothered me about kudos a lot is the way people don't use it like its sacred or limited.

I think its a bit of a problem cause then a lot of good blogs don't get any exposure and its probably generally not good for the site itself, doesn't anyone want to see new content/blogs??
