I'd say the best appetite suppressor is a good meal! :]
Wanting to lose weight for cosmetic purposes is extremely saddening, and I very genuinely hope you can one day look in the mirror, look at your reflection, yourself, and feel content. Prettiness is not only physical, and we all have different definitions of what 'beauty' is. We're just strangers on the Internet, but nonetheless, I wish you the best on your journey to finding that.
If you're looking to lose weight, or just generally be healthier, the best way to supress your appetite is by eating 3 full meals a day, drinking a lot of water and to omit or replace packaged snacks with alternatives. Humans are unique, so what is considered a 'healthy' diet varies greatly from person to person. A lot of fresh vegetables, proteins, preferably 'real' fresh food, if accessible. Don't skip out on carbs and sugars! You're gonna need that energy if you're planning on exercising- and even if you're not, you need at least enough to go about your day.
No need to worry about fancy expensive 'alternative' foods or rapid exercising, and most importantly, don't worry too much about punishing yourself for eating something you wanted to. We all feel mortal desire. It's okay.

I love u very much just know that you’re an amazing person lamby and I hope one day I will come to understand your view on it, and yes don’t worry sometimes I do eat more on certain days for energy to workout if necessary. But yes, thanks for voicing you care! I think I’ll understand, it’ll just take time.

while packaged snacks aren't bad, if you don't eat enough for breakfast, lunch, dinner, you'll end up snacking on shit which will probably do more damage in the long run. Like, for example, you'd probably feel more content with a plate of rice or potatoes, a huge salad, some omelette, than when you put off eating the whole day and end up having an unnecessarily huge meal or junk food.
If you wanna have an over-all healthier lifestyle, I suggest that you try to keep yourself properly nourished, set up three times a day where you eat a 'full' 'main' meal, and maybe in the afternoon before dinner, times where you snack, like tea time. At least 1 or 2 cups of water with every meal. If you already ate and still feel peckish, drinking tea also helps ease that hunger a lot. And if you're someone who likes to snack on things not because you're hungry, eating sunflower seeds, plain crackers, walnuts, etc can help a lot. If you're a fan of having a little dessert after eating, fruit, dried fruits, are very tasty, and a nice alternative to sweet snacks.
Overall, listen to your body and what you need, and try not to take it too hard on yourself, 'mkay? You make mistakes, I make mistakes, everyone does, it's not as horrible a thing as you think it is. Drink a lot of water, drink tea and eat lots of fruit and veggies. keep yourself full with real good healthy food, and move around well, exercise if you're able to. Start small. Loads of tutorials on Yt. Simple stretching and 3 wall push ups is better than not moving at all.
I hope you can achieve a body you love, not necessarily by losing weight, but by learning to love yourself, to take care of yourself. If you are full of love and care, you will become the prettiest <3 You got this!
