OK this week is just summing it up haha.
Been staying with parents 3 days. They have 2 dogs, 2 cats.
The cats' version of being naughty they've actually done is: meow to go in and out of the garden, meow to be let in then hide.
The dogs' version is: growl and charge at everyone who isn't their favourite human, bark all the time, chase cats.
I'm not counting potential naughtiness here cos as much as I stopped a cat from reaching a claw at a dog (bad kitty!) Mum said "if you avoid the dog, she won't bite". Wtf. Dog bites are serious to humans. There should be no "if" unless it's "if you don't physically hurt the dog" (if you do then I'm on the dog's side if it bites haha). Shouldn't have to go out of my way for a pet just to get to bed.
So sorry but the worst bite a cat can give is still less harmful then a dog bite. And most pro-dog, anti-cat people just have a "cats are spooky" or "cats are antisocial" reason which is a bad argument.
