Fear of Aging

I saw a video related to this topic and I wanted to give my thoughts on it (fear of aging)

Many make major efforts to "slow down the aging process". I think people do this because when they see wrinkles or lines or whatever, sure there is a sense of feeling "ugly" or what not; but I think it's also a reminder that time is going by, and they are getting closer to death. Dying is possibly a hard reality to face for some, even though it is inevitable. What makes it scary is that it's an unknown. No one is completely sure of what happens after we die, and humans are naturally afraid of things we don't know.

Thats just my thoughts on it though!
