Fun times this week

So much is changing in my life and the world in general. Today I had to give my notice to work because I got a new job I'll be starting in August. It's better in many respects on paper but to be completely honest, I've enjoyed working at my minimum wage ma/pa small business for half a decade now. My coworkers feel like family and it's going to hurt knowing a lot of them probably aren't going to stay in contact if not all. But the new job is in my field and has better chances at advancement, plus benefits. I'm this economy I cannot afford to pass up on it. 🥺

Tomorrow I start vacation for 4 days.
