How do i get it, can i emulate it or how can i let my PC look like Win98? Because i hate modern stuff, the moderne world, and anything that doesnt look like it used to anymore. i want those grey, pixelart-like popups and interfaces.
Does Anyone know how to actually use Windows98?

XFCE DE on Linux has a pretty good win95 theme aand using Linux is very simple nowadays even for gaming!

use virtualbox to emulate it. i'm not sure if there's anything you can do to make your pc look and feel exactly like win98 but if you download a win98 iso/boot disk and run it on virtualbox it should work in my own experience
i found the perfect way now, if you want your whole Pc look almost always like Win98 i can tell you lol, just send request and message, i dont get notifications for Comments
