Spacehey scene kids, any advice for a new scene kid?

so I've been REALLY getting into scene fashion and culture and music and would do anything to start dressing scene but there are some problems

° I wouldn't say my mom is THAT strict, but if it's anything over the knee she'll definitely say no

° all the cool accessories and clothes can only be found in my country thru shein, which they charge 1k shipping 

° in my country you MIGHT get beat up or even worse if you look remotely different, given the fact I live in an Arab country 

• the hair isn't that big of a problem for me, I'll get there eventually

• I've also been planning on getting a sewing machine so what are some statement pieces in scene fashion? if I can't buy it so I'll make it ^^ 

any tips? I'd truly appreciate it :p
