So like, everyone has dreams (nooot really ...i know some of you just see a black "screen" and do not dream, this happened to me when i was really depressed)
Okay, so since i was a child, my dreams have been very weird, i know that dreams are just fucked up nonsense the brain puts together, but i was straight up predicting my future, so much so that any nightmare will send me into a panic attack once i wake up. Now, SOMETIMES, i have "normal" dreams...(no not really the most recent quote on quote normal dream i had revealed that i was indeed an alterhuman)
But it's still scary, I somehow knew one of my devices would break horribly when i was EIGHT and well...yeah it happened like 4 years later
It's sometimes just..such unimportant stuff, but im scared of one of those predictions sneaking into a nightmare, because my nightmares are disgusting, formed from all the trauma
does anybody else experience these dreams and is absolutely scared of dreaming lol

yeah, i do and it affects my sleep a lot to the point where i actively avoid sleeping at times

honestly, these things are really scary to be honest. i dont remember having, like, these types of dreams; but in my case, it happens when i have dejavus. it happend only one time, but i had a dejavu where i saw "highlighted" events that would happen in my life years later. like, 3-4 years later. it was really shocking
