will we ever get the layouts back?

it's been ages, a month to be exact, since we could share layouts, and i'm wondering if we'll ever get it back, it's such an important part of the site (at least IMO), since it allows people to share what they've made with the help of HTML and allows people who aren't as knowledgable in HTML to still customise their pages, and i'm worried that if the layouts never come back, then spacehey will be gone for good, but i hope that's not the case
