Hi Hello time for me to actually put Content on this profile lmao
I've seen other people make Before-You-Follow blogs and Extensions for their About Me section and I thought that could be worth doing, too.
I wanna establish some boundaries/preferences/whatever you wanna call them and also introduce myself beyond the Blurb, so yeah I would say it won't hurt to share this.
Things that may be good to know
- Call me Cherry! or you can use my full username that's cool too.
- My pronouns are She/They, and I have no preference between the two
- Honestly a lot of the basic stuff about me is already on my profile somewhere or in the Interests section
- I do not accept any form of hateful behavior on my page
- I plan/hope to use my blog to just talk about Whatever comes to mind
- I don't need or often use Tone Indicators, but I have no problems using them if anyone needs/benefits from them
- I'm a Data Science major, but I really just want to be a Librarian.
- uhhh I'm a Taurus and an ISFP if that means anything to anyone
- my favorite flavor of ice cream is Birthday Cake, S'mores is a close second.
- (I'm just using Icebreaker prompts at this point.....)
Before You Follow/Interact/Boundaries/Idk whatever
- I will not accept friend requests from users who are under the age of 16. Please do not take this personally, you haven't done anything wrong. I'm just not comfortable with it seeing as I am an Adult. I heavily advise that everyone is Careful and Aware of online safety practices when they use social media.
- On a similar note, I will not send or accept friend requests to/from users who do not have a clear indication of their age on their profiles. This applies to having no mention of age at all, or vague indications of being underage (like only putting "minor").
- The ONLY exception to the above conditions are if we already know each other somehow.
- I don't mind if you comment on or interact with something I've publicly posted, though. These boundaries are mostly for friend requests and other sorts of more-personal contact.
- I don't plan on initiating IM conversations with all my friends on the platform. Feel free to message me if you have something to talk about, but please don't expect me to be very active with IMs otherwise.
