I am a person who LOVES to eat sweet things for breakfast. I am also trying to lose weight and obviously bread does not help with weight lost so I am just trying to find meals that can fit those needs. I do like oatmeal but I don't want it to be the only thing I ever eat in the mornings. I was thinking of buying that one protein mix to make like waffles or pancakes...It has like a bear on the logo idk. If yall have any suggestions lmk! UvU

I know you said bread doesn't help so you're probably avoiding it, but if I'm badly craving sweets I'll have one piece of toast with jam or apple butter along with scrambled eggs. You could make it slightly healthier by using whole grain instead and only put butter and cinnamon on it, or any spice you like.
I will sometimes eat cereal as a sweet treat too but usually something like Cheerios or Special K. Even then it's still empty carbs with sugar but I try to only eat it if I have bananas to fill half the bowl with it.
