About: Spectre is my current fursona, and I use it to represent myself in my art and online. My appearance combines elements from spotted hyenas, brown hyenas, and striped hyenas, but I consider myself most like Ice Age hyenas. All of my fur is dark purple - almost black! The gray you see on my face, forearms, and forelegs is actually skin without fur. My more fleshy bits like my tongue, nose, paw pads, and scars are a bright fuchsia or hot pink! My eyes are white, and my pupils take the shape of swirls. My back is covered in spots, while my forearms and forelegs have stripes. The markings under my eyes are inspired by Mightyena, the Bite Pokemon. The hair on my head goes all the way down my back and connects with the fur on my tail, creating a continuous dorsal mane. My top surgery scars look like mismatched stitches, like a zombie or undead creature. I'm actually a shapeshifter, and my species uses this ability to lure in prey. Leucrocottas are like hyena, wolf, and dog hybrids. I can transform into anything - animals, humans, even shadows - and I can also mimic most sounds.

Backstory: Thousands of years ago, me and my pack roamed the area you might refer to as Siberia. We hunted together and lived happily in the snow. Well, I got stuck in an avalanche, and my body was frozen. Some humans just so happened to be excavating where my corpse was resting, and it freed me from my eternal ice prison... I have gone by so many names, but you can call me Joint!
