anyone have any good recipes with chicken thighs in them?

hello! As of recently, my parents have gotten a crap ton of chicken thighs for us to do stuff with!

i've gotten tired of the usual alfredo or chicken sandwich, so i wanna hear from YOU guys!

any recipe is fine, as long as it has chicken thighs in it.
