moving into a new place <3

my application got denied on my apartment :(( so i have to find a new place. i met this girl who i was originally gonna live with in my old place, but we both applied and got denied so new place hunting we go!! i live in chicago (chicagoans please rise i need friends LMFAO) so our budget is like $1800 (a little limited but possible :3) and we're trying to find a place near our college. 

i found the cutest little spot that has a dishwasher, private balcony,AND in-unit washer and dryer :DDDD AND AND AND omg its $1,795 >.< which is basically $1800 but its in budget and has EVERYTHING i could want in an apartment. i hope to god its not a scam im hoping to the stars and moon above that it is actually a real place thats just an incredible steal <3333 

i have soooo many decor ideas. i want framed pictures in the living room and a comfy little couch and a wall to project and watch TV and plants in front of the window and lamps all over that give nothing but ambient lighting and trinkets and my roommates own decor and ugh i can imagine it. my cat will have a grand little cat tree and a water fountain and cute raised food bowls. 

my room will literally be my haven i can see it now it'll have all my tapestries and lamps and pictures from my kids that i used to tutor and cute little shelves for miso to rest on and my altar and ugh i can imagine all of it. we will have a beautiful book shelf with all our books and other trinkets and photos and our kitchen will have basil, rosemary, and mint growing, our balcony will have a compost bin on it, we will have a little compost bin to recycle

the balcony will have soft pillows on it and a mini portable heater and blankets whenever people come over and wanna smoke and even hoodies if people dont wanna use a blanket.
