✿hello every1!✿

So I recently made the decision to delete social medias off of my cellphone. This included instagram, snapchat, discord, pinterest, facebook, shuffles, and noplace. 

I had been debating deleting my socials for a long time, but like most people my age it was a bit of a struggle to do since I have been using them for years and everyone I know uses them. I do want to be CLEAR that I did not delete my accounts entirely, and I can still log into my accounts on a computer, but deleting them off of my cellphone has made me use them drastically less. 

It has been about a week or so since I did it, and I can already notice a difference in myself and my life. I watch tv instead of endlessly scrolling, am finding more hobbies to keep myself busy like journaling and crafting, and I spend more time with physical people than people online. I have only logged into insta once for like 5 minutes and I can honestly say that I do not miss any of these apps. 

I also decided to delete several (if not most) of the unnecessary apps on my cellphone to force myself to depend on it less. 

The only apps I have on my cellphone now are the ones that come on it from factory, tiktok, happy street, and starbucks for rewards lolz. I dont reach for my phone as much which feels refreshing and I feel like I have more time in each day since I dont spend half of it staring at a screen.
