Nerves, nerves, nerves

Gonna be applying for college soon, and the biggest, most nerve wracking part is the essay writing. I've written essays before, and done well. I am an author working to get published one day. I know my shit, basically.

But oohhh those entry essays. Something about them is really getting to me.

IK if I submit an application now, I'll be looking at starting in the spring if accepted, which is fine. But I dropped out of college in 2019 because I had moved into an abusive situation, out of state from the community college I had attended. So it's been a while, for sure, since I last was in any kind of school setting and I've had a goal to go back to school eventually.

I'm just hoping and praying that when I apply, I get good news about it all. I hope I get into the degree program I want to do. If the universe would let me finish a degree, I would be the happiest person ever.
