so, metal gear?

theres lots of thoughts in my brain so i need to get them out in a way thats like slightly public but not in any meaningfull way, which is why im keeping it public and not in my friends to make me feel like its reaching people.

im like real autistic about metal gear solid right now, its been a big thing for me for a few months now, before it was resident evil. its funny, cause any real interest i had only lasted around a week and now they last forever, which im not complaining about cause this is so much more fun. i can buy merch and be comforted by the fact that even if the interest fades with time ill still enjoy the media, and i really like knowing literaly everything about it. i bought the first game (well... tequniqly it was the third but the first two games are like, impossable to play unless you have a NES)

but the lore is notoriously complex and fucked up (a.n the release order goes as, metal gear 1, snakes revenge, metal gear 2: solid snake, metal gear solid 1 -mgs-, mgs2, mgs3, mgs: portable ops, mgs 4, mgs: peace walker, mg rising revengance -debatably canon-, mgs V: ground zeros, mgs v: phantom pain)... so im going to do my best to describe it as i go through the games...
