dogs attracted 2 me

I just walked past a person walking his dog & then his dawg was like STARING at me for a few sec
his dog then start to walk to me as I also stare into his eyes
ofc the owner stopped him from going any further

this isn't the first time I attracted dogs like this

there was like 1 day at a beach I was sitting on the sand minding my business
suddenly a dog reached to me then sat by my side on the sand as I pat him until he had to leave
