ace attorney (and video game music in general)

really random post from me but I'm bored so

there's nothing much going on, I've just been replaying the original ace attorney trilogy recently and falling in love with it all over again. The story is great (aside from a few cases i dislike) but I have really been enjoying hearing the soundtrack after so much time. (if you're curious my favorite song on the ost is called "dick gumshoe ~ detective gumshoe, pal")

I'm not skilled with music theory nor am I any sort of composer or musician, but I've always loved listening to and studying video game soundtracks. Especially for "older titles" where even when they were limited by hardware the composers were able to make such emotional songs...

this isn't limited by ace attorney either, just happens to be the current focus of my musical hyperfixation :P
