(EN) can someone help me confirm or deny something about HSR?

i wanted to download the 2.3 update since a long time ago, but i'm running out of storage on my pc. there's an option in the game runner(?) (i dunno how its called) where it says "delete cache", but when i click on it a pop up window appears saying "are you sure you wanna delete the GAME FILES?" which is making me confused... if i click yes, will it only delete the cache or all the game files? (prob it's a stupid question but anyway)

i got a similar problem last year with genshin, i tried deleting and installing the game again but i still didnt had enough storage. i don't want the same thing to happen again..
