i swapped out the hard drive in my brothers old hp laptop from like 2008 and installed windows vista on it... most modern websites ive tried to open run like shit so ive stuck to digging up old sites from around the laptop's heyday and it actually makes for an interesting experience. im actually browsing in a context that the creators were intending, on era-appropriate hardware & software n shit. if ykwim

yt2009akivec.onrender.com - an actual frontend for youtube that mimics the site's layout as it was in 2009 + re-adds classic features, utilizes yt2009... useful if you can't set up yt2009 on your own
