this might be obscure but what is up with the mfs calling people ableist because they have a fancy font?? this is a real thing that happens on tiktok and discord,,, it is soo stupid, i saw an intro with a really cool font only for SOME comments calling it ableist on discord this time,, because it fucks up the screenreaders,,

this was asked on reddit a while back and this was one the replys LOLL idk about if some screenreaders differ but,, SOME styled fonts dont use different letters,, ex: an L  for a text to speech looks like a T or U in the text, then thats when it confuses screenreaders,,

this is a good response to fancy text and isnt instantly jumping to call everyone ableist for the most minor inconvenience, the internet wont bend over backwards just for you but you can find other content instead of creating a mob for someone that didnt know
