Serial Experiments Lain, its a good techno-horror and psychological horror! i highly recommend :3 plus i also agree with the other comments recommending shiki & perfect blue, theyre also good horror animes!
recently i reread Mai-chan no Nichijou and it was pretty fun, i also read final girl (strongly reccomend if you are a slasher fan, but this focus more on humor than horror)
perfect blue oml its so good i think about it every other day. angels of death is quite good, i only got about halfway but id luv it pick it up again !! theres also wonder egg priorty, i really liked it but the ending was super odd so it might feel anticlimactic. if you watch any of them let me know your thoughts !!

I beleive I watched the first 2 eps of angels of death and found it interesting so I've been planning on continuing it!
