EXPAND

i dont know whats happening to me. everytime i try to sleep, i stay up pacing my room. thinking. my mind is telling me "EXPAND, EXPAND, EXPAND."

"YOU ARE MORE THAN THIS SHELL."

"YOU CAN REACH THE MILLIONS."

"EXPAND."

and i dont know how.
